Product requirements (PRD)
ROBRADY will collaboratively develop a product requirements / product specifications outline for approval. This outline will facilitate an opportunity to accurately address the specific needs of this product. The PRD is considered a living document and will serve to drive and validate all product design, development and delivery activities.

Opportunity exploration
ROBRADY will assemble a cross-functional team (ER, GD, ID, MD&PE, ED, and SD) to creatively explore the project / product needs via collaborative ideation sessions. Additional activities will include on-site ethnographic research, experimentation and/or interviews with technical, production, ergonomic, and VOC experts.

Competitive / comparative products and processes
ROBRADY will research competitive and comparative products. This will serve to identify current and future market trends in ergonomics, materials, information presentation, and aesthetics.

Market / Ethnographic review
ROBRADY will review market data supplied by CLIENT as well as conduct independent VOC / product reviews. Additionally, ROBRADY will research competitive and comparative products. This will serve to identify current and future market trends in ergonomics, materials, information presentation, and aesthetics.

ROBRADY will create and present concept art exploring various product directions based on technical, production and ergonomic factors.

ROBRADY will create and present concept art exploring various graphic directions based on technical, production and ergonomic factors in support of the UI icon, navigation and layout design system.

ROBRADY will create and present concept level electrical development based on technical, production and ergonomic factors in support of electrical specifications, block diagrams, and selection of major components.

ROBRADY will create and present concept level software development based on technical, production and ergonomic factors in support of software specifications, selection of appropriate development tools, and a touch screen interface feasibility report.

Conceptual Proof Of Concept (ergo model / functional)
ROBRADY will utilize preliminary product development input to direct the fabrication process for a physical Proof Of Concept solution. This deliverable is not “show” quality and is intended (solely) for team level and confidential VOC review and ergonomic evaluations.

Concept level focus group evaluation
ROBRADY will support internal and external informal focus group reviews of phase one 2D concepts and respective POC model.
