Manufacturing Engineering

Because knowing how to manufacture something isn’t the same as manufacturing something well, we take several different approaches to manufacturing engineering such as Design For Manufacturing (DFM) which focuses on the producibility of a design; Design for Assembly (DFA) which focuses on how efficient and economical it is to put a design together; Design for Testing (DFT) which adds certain features to aid in hardware evaluation and Design for Quality (DFQ) which anticipates end users’ needs and expectations for a product.

In total, these various approaches address the critical concerns such as production cost, manufacturing time and product performance and not only result in a high quality product for the end user, but a high ROI for the client.
